Terms of Service govern your use of the Finch Foods Canada Inc. online store at finchfoods.ca and any purchases you make through the Store.

We aim to describe products accurately, including ingredients, allergens, storage, net weight, and country of origin where applicable. Product packaging and labels are the authoritative source if there is any difference.

4. Pricing and taxes

Prices are shown in Canadian dollars (CAD). Applicable taxes are calculated at checkout based on your shipping address.

5. Orders and payment

Placing an order is an offer to buy. We may accept or decline an order. Payment is processed securely through Shopify and our payment providers.

6. Shipping

7. Returns and refunds

8. Accounts

You may checkout as a guest or create an account. You are responsible for activity under your account.

9. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the Store or use it for unlawful purposes.

Store content is owned by Finch Foods Canada or its licensors and may not be copied for commercial use without our permission.

11. Disclaimer and liability

The Store and products are provided “as is” to the fullest extent permitted by law. Nothing in these Terms excludes rights you have under applicable Canadian consumer protection law. Our total liability for any order-related claim is limited to the amount you paid for that order, except where prohibited by law.

12. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Canada and the province or territory in which Finch Foods Canada Inc. is registered, subject to mandatory consumer protections where you live.
